Shipping policy

USA subscription boxes are shipped free within the 48 contiguous states. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight and size. If you order today, your items typically ship within one week. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.

USA shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. International shipments' timeline vary by location and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.

International Orders: Once items leave the United States, in most cases, we're unable to access detailed tracking information. Use the tracking number provided with your local carrier to help locate it if you think it's lost.

Failed Delivery & Missing Packages: Packages are shipped to the address on the original order. We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment numbers, mail forwarding, incorrect address entered, improper parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second attempt for returned or missing packages, customers are responsible for paying additional shipping fees.
